Yeah it baffles me that you can move dials and sliders on screen ... My 12 year old Trinity can do it ... go figure

Have fun with star wars and the K :D
That's a shame... I'll be on the lookout for a G7... the timing would have been good too!

My K73 has landed this morning. Been playing it all morning... love the sound and really the shortcut to the graphic EQ in the Set List mode, though I really think you ought to be able to move the sliders using the touchscreen itself.

Uh oh... this doesn't bode well. I have a K73 on pre-order from Digital Village and, while the sales guy has been assuring me it'll be on the first shipment, I haven't heard anything from them yet. I've emailed them asking for an update... fingers crossed!

It might all depend on which branch your is coming from... mine was bought from the Brum store.
Kronos 73 Mk1, Roland Fantom 07 and a studio full o'stuff!

Thanks for that, Dave - good point. Ironically enough I'm located in Brum, but I got in touch with DV via their web site. I have no idea where they ship Internet orders from.

I'll find out soon enough, I guess. In the meantime I'll go and play on the ol' Triton to distract myself :)

Well, that's two Kronos 88s in the South West of England as I also received mine today. Fitted it to a new Yamaha LG-800 stand. I'll take some pics tomorrow.

Serial number is 667 - so close to the infamous 666
Rhodes 73 Mk1; Kronos 88; Synthex; Electribe EMX-1; Motif XS Rack; Yamaha DX7IIFD; Yamaha MM8; Roland Alpha Juno-2; Roland JV-2080; Tascam FW-1884.

I drove over the bridge into England, to pick mine up today from Bristol (PMT), so there is an 88 in South Wales now. Since setting it up, I've been exploring the basics, and it sounds gorgeous, the board is nice - and easy - to play, and I can see I've got a bit to learn over the next couple of years! Very pleased, I havn't checked the serial yet, just having a break now, cause I'm knackered.

i believe Bonners had roughly 12 to give to back ordered customers and had to let 30 down, until the next mysterious shipment.

I think that they come on the Black Pearl

30 is quite a waiting lists ... 3 deliveries can take several months maybe.

I have a friend who works over there. Quite nice (and some discount, cool :)..). Mine is in backorder, and I guess I'll order a nanopad2 as well.

I think he asked which store HAS them, not which is going to sell them whenever they arrive, because that would be "all shops". Feedback Rotterdam had one as of two weeks ago. Best call beforehand if you want to go try it though.

You have a point ;-) But Michel already told he was not in a hurry, as am I. There's not much shops who can give an estimation about when they expect the K's to arrive, so I thought I might share that.

Thanks both for the answers ... I am indeed not in a hurry, I enjoy working at my app for a while (and probably others like it too that I don't have a kronos yet lol).

But I want to get one somewhere next year and then it's nice to know if I have to wait or not (and if I have to wait, how long), so I can take up some free days beforehand.

wait.. does that mean they can only come ashore once every ten years?

panrixx, what do you think of the K88's keybed compared to the MM8?
Yamaha MM8, Kronos 61, Roland Jupiter 80
