I'm really sorry that you're having difficulties.

One question about the DVD drives: do any of these have a dedicated power supply? We've had problems with some USB bus-powered DVD drives.

One question about the DVD drives: do any of these have a dedicated power supply? We've had problems with some USB bus-powered DVD drives.
yes, one of them, Lite on have power cord (dedicated power supply)

is there any hidden key we should press while power on so we can go to BIOS menu ?

If you really want an answer: call Korg support or wait until Dan has time to answer your question. Most people here will answer if they know an answer. If they don't have an answer, most people do not reply. But since you desperately needed an answer, this is the answer: call Korg or wait.
