First post!.
I know it's possible to browse strings or bass or brass presets by clicking on the tabs, but is it possible to browse for example, just polysix presets or just MS20 presets?
Thanks in advance.

this is exactly the reason why I assumed that such a feature was never implemented inside the Kronos OS.xp50player wrote:what about patches that have 2 different EXis?
I miss this feature too, but I found out that some of the banks contain larger groups of MOD7, AL-1, Str-1 etc patches. It's not the same, but helped me, to get an overview about what different sounds can been made with the one or the other synth.Toxi wrote:Hi All,

I expected to have a screen showing the 9 synth engines and being able to for example pick the poly 6 or ms20 one, rather like the ipad apps and simply adjust and play, then being able to save to a patch number and add effects etc later if I so wished.jimknopf wrote:I was surprised to learn that it is not possible to browse programs by engines.
I have found searching for just the thing I need to be a problem in so many ways. I have created an app that stores all the info about my Kronos that I can run on my computer or ipad that lets me search by any of the criteria, but that is not ideal. The time needed to find a particular drum track, or type of combi, or as you state sound by engine was just too difficult. In my opinion this is something seriously lacking on the machine and is a huge UX and workflow problem.Ojustaboo wrote: I expected to have a screen showing the 9 synth engines and being able to for example pick the poly 6 or ms20 one, rather like the ipad apps and simply adjust and play, then being able to save to a patch number and add effects etc later if I so wished.
