Forgive me but I love fusion! And these guys are amazing! There's a Kronos so it ain't all bad.
SMOOTH!

Haven't seen Coster since the early seventy's - looks like he's got Jordan's goatee on backwards! ;-)

true to original or not I really don't want slim keys and don't think I would spend that kind of cash on something without aftertouch and velocity sensitivity no matter how true to the original it is. Now one caveat, the sound, I suppose if it really blows me away I could be swayed but now, not so much.

Same here - Would it really have cost much more for a full sized version?

On the plus side, I do like the fact that Korg have given a choice of transpose mode, either pre or post portamento along with all VCF revisions...

... BUT, just to be 100% pedantic - There's no switch to invert the phase of the VCO's - This may seem trivial, but it's a serious oversight. REV 1 and early Rev 2 Oddys had "falling" sawtooth outputs, the others had "Ramp" sawtooth - when you use VCO 1 to modulate the VCF or as a source for the S&H, the results are distinctly different between the MkI and MkIII.

Ultimately, the key size is a deal breaker

I wonder why they keep going with the size reduction with these reissues - first the ms20 and now this?

This is their ultimate aim - "Pico Pocket" versions of their entire line

I'm sure Behringer loves KORG's decision to slap 'slim-sized' keys on the Odyssey...
