How to assign two switch pedals?

It is clear to me, how to assign switch pedal for changing programs, but how to assign second one for Karma on/off or controling leslie speed is a mystery.

Can someone please help me?

I would like to use three pedals: damper (working ok), and 2 assignable pedals (jacks are next to damper).

I don't know how to assign 2 switch pedals like mentioned in previous post.

There are limited options for assigning pedal functions for each physical jack. You might have to purchase an outboard piece of gear. MIDI Solutions comes to mind. I believe they have a small black box that has 1/4" jacks and MIDI connectors. Here's a link:

The other jack is for an expression pedal, not an on/off pedal. I don't think you could use it that way. The MIDI solutions suggestion may be the best option.

It's quite difficult to understand, that Kronos doesn't support such an easy commands. 1st jack foot switch- Next combi, 2nd switch Karma on/off (because I would use it for triggering timbre on/off)- i read, that Karma can do that.

I also have Kurzweil K2600, and I can assign 4 foot switches to control anything!

I believe it is because of physical electronic implementation. A switch is quite different than a potentiometer. It may have been possible to implement it in the design, but addtional hardware/circuitry would have been required and might have been cost prohibitive.

The expression pedal has limited options but one of them is really powerful and let you do things like that...

Go to Global mode > Controllers/Scales > Controllers

In the first section Foot Switch & pedal/ damper set Foot Pedal assign to "FOOT PEDAL CC#04"

In the second section MIDI CC# ASSIGN - KARMA CONTROLLERS set for the option ON / OFF "CC#004"

Save the changes.

Go to your combi or program.. Now your expression pedal will turn Karma On or Off each time you move to the max or min (any value between 0 to 63 means OFF and values higher than that mean ON).

You can use same method to control any other karma switch or slider.

Assuming you can set the functions by MIDI, you might search for a MIDI controller board, like Behringer FCB1010. You will have 10 switches, 2 pedals and lots of programming options.
