Sequenzzer wrote:Can someone verify this?
I started by using my Trinity to format the disks required. Then I copied the update files to the disks using my PC. Then I installed the update to the Trinity. It worked flawlessly.

You have loaded the respective PCG files as well as the KSC? (If I can recall, the Mega Piano programs may be held in bank D after loading the PCG.) Timo  thank you so much for reminding me; I installed this PBS-TRI in my Trinity Plus 4 years ago and I'm so embarrassed, of course this was the ...

Yeah, I know you did and sorry if it sounded annoying repeating myself, I'm just trying to be overly helpful here... :) No no Joe, thank you and Timo too for the help! Sure you know how to do it, but a reminder can be a good thing, sometimes. I for one have installed chips the wrong way around and ...

Should be installed in the sockets circled in red and the notch/dot indicating pin1 should be on the yellow mark end of the socket. Make sure to carefully inspect each of the pins as they sometimes get bent inwards and looks like a good contact to the socket whereas they do not touch each other ...

PBS-TRI Issuses

I had this PBS-Tri installed in my Trinity Plus and it worked perfectly for years. I love the Plus board so much that I decided to go for a V3 Pro upgrade and transfer the PBS to it which I did. After a full reset the V3 shows the PBS-Tri present on power up and when I go to the Global P6 screen it ...

MEMORY OVERFLOW

I know I came up against this before but I can't remember how I fixed it. I have a PBS TRI along with the RAM from a Trinity Plus that it was working perfectly in and I've now installed in a V3. I did a 0 + ENTER reset and the V3 shows the extra banks and lots of free space and reports the PBS TRI ...
