Offtopicly, keeping fingers crossed for a demo of KARMA for the M50 soon. Can't decide until I try

If either options are unavailable, you can send me the *.SNG, I can save for you to midi on my N364.

Fastest way to do it (and the only one I guess) is pressing Enter + Rec/Write, then OK, start/stop and record away.

Was just wondering if the start-on-note thing is available, like FL-style recording "wait for intup"

I hate having to press START/STOP button each time I'm recording a part of the song, then having to be top-notch on timing after the countdown. Is there a possibility to start recording by pressing a note? I.e. song time set to 17:0:0, Rec/Write ready, I press C and it records the C at 17:0:0 and ...

Well, yeah.. but I'm asking about digital output here, as in recording audio via USB data transfer. ;]

Last question.. can I record audio via the USB?
I'm not too hot on the VST topic, but a friend of mine using a guitar multi-effect processor recorded via USB (so the quality was durrr great).
I'd like to know if the M50 is capable of such a thing, and will spare me buying a audio interface.

One last question - does the M50 contain the same multisamples as M3? Does it ... sound the same? I played a M3 and was speechless, however I never found a M50 to try it out live. Are all prog/combis available online for the M3 working with the M50, including the official KORG 512 program pack and ...

But having a MOSSed Trinity I dunno if that's oh-so-really-needed.

Question is.. I regularily gig with a N364, Trinity + MOSS and a TR. I was thinking of swapping the TR for a M50, I'd just like to know if there is a point to doing so..
