i have the emx but it doesnt seem to have that potential and that umph that the EA has.

whys that?

Thanks for replying btw its just that i need to be able to have my laptop connected to an amp i dont have a PA so it would need to connect to something like a guitar or bass amp in regards with the electribe though, im using it in tandem with my computer, nothing special ...

im having difficulty connecting my laptop to an amp
or just something that will be loud enough for a show.

i just started using the EMX with the laptop so im phyched to do this

would i need something like an audio interface with ins and ours to do this?

when i do that with my microkorg i usually just set that synth part to 0 then turn on the mk adjusting to the level i want

this works but once u touch the level knob on the emx you get f'ed XD

cant help u out with the benassi bass lines you just need to keep tryin worse comes worse just look for a simialar patch and alter it however about the talkbox like vocoder i suggest u get a regular microphone with an unbalanced output converter and use that on the mk rather than the crappy ...

i highly suggest u get an electribe with just a microkorg and a dum machine ure limited to just a simple beat and a lead but with an electribe (hopefully like the EMX or ESX or even the EM-1) u can compse complete songs and the only thing limiting you would be ureself whats even cooler is that u can ...
