yep the CUE button becomes a MIDI assignable button while in full MIDI mode on the Z4/Z8.

they have FW800 just get yourself and adapter FW800 to FW400

If your on a Mac you can change the names of the Devices in the Audio MIDI Setup in OSX

Device supports CC# and Note and should work with USB 1.1

set your master to -10db on the Z8 and adjust your amps levels first... and then adjust your Master Output on the Zero8...this should help.

hey man did you ever get this resolved? I am now running it on 10.5.5 with no issues at all? Did you also update your firmware to 1.6?

does anyone have a template file for Traktor? or an idiots guide to setting up the Z8 for use with Traktor? I know this is what everyone says but the manual is a pretty good start. To get you started all you have to do is make sure in preferences you have the Zero 8 enabled in MIDI Preferences ...
