ANOTHER TIP

If you hold SHIFT-SOLO you can tun on/off ALL drum parts or ALL keyboard parts | stretch parts | slice | audio in parts as a whole.

This makes it a lot easier than trying to frantically tap the 9 drum parts in 100 milliseconds.

Found the answer in the manual. When the solo is like that you have a Transpose enabled (sorta obvious), but to turn it off you need to set the transpose to Zero. I'm really interested in things like this where you can get a lot out of your pattern without having to load a new pattern.

Here's another tip I found in the manual and in the Forum. If you press SHIFT-PATTERN the pattern flips back to the originally saved pattern.
