That still doesn't really explain why one can hold the lowest note on the keyboard whilst hammering the highest note on the keyboard without having any problems. And, now that I think about it, I don't think it has anything to do with "cleaner" playing. The point of that kind of phrase is to do the ...

IIRC, I could hold the lowest note on the keyboard and "hammer" the highest note without any issues. It only seemed to happen when playing certain sequences of notes. In any case, my goal was ...

I went back to Guitar Center today and got my money back. While I was there I tested the display model and it did the same thing.

I hope Korg fixes this, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

OK...after viewing your video on Youtube, here's what I did: (I'm no expert) I played prog C-53 as you did without any problem playing only one note at a time, but I experienced the same problem when I tried to play two notes at the same time; one note on the first octave (lower keys) and one note ...

I just bought an M50-61 as my first keyboard a week ago and noticed tonight that I have this same problem.

Have any of you contacted Korg about this? I don't really want to spend the extra money on the M3 but the M50 is unusable like this.
