Joystick to Control CC#11 Expression

I have a tricky situation trying to model an Ethnic Greek Clarinet on the M50. It seems there are many patches for the Pa series but not for this keyboard. One of the things I can't figure out is how to assign the "Down" joystick to control Midi CC#11 Expression. If anyone knows how to do this I ...

Using the EX switches on drum tracks?

Ok so some people have had questions of having "drum pattern variations" and such, or fills of some sort. While it isnt directly possible to set these up, I may have an idea to use all this in combi mode (if it works!) but it will take time to set up. Basically the idea is using 2-3 custom made drum ...

It should totally just be a global settings option. I don't see why its such a big deal to fix.

Who changes tempo by 0.01 bpm anyway ?

its a bit hard to tap a tempo a little faster than you are playing at currently in my opinion. besides thats alot more time off playing than just increasing the tempo every few seconds.

yea the thing about the "tempo" knob is that if you are at 120 bpm lets say... but the knob is at the "0" position, it wont increase it from 120, instead it will jump to 0 (or whatever the lowest the knob is). Once you turn the knob, it jumps to whatever tempo the position the knob is at when being ...

Tempo Increment??

Is it possible to change the increment that the tempo changes when using the selector wheel or the up and down arrows? Right now it changes by 0.01 bpm... thats insanely low for a live performance where I need to be able to go from 70 bpm up to 130 bpm in a matter of 8 bars... It would be great if ...

Some Live Performance Help

Ok so I just bought an m50 and I am not a keyboard player, I mean i Know how to play some stuff on a keyboard, but I am not very savvy with how to setup and use a keyboard for live circumstances. I want to be able to change between different types of drum patterns within a song somehow (more intense ...

Quick Help for a Newbie

Hi Everyone! I'm brand spankin' new to these forums in hopes of finding a solution for a sort of time-sensitive problem. A good friend of mine (working musician) is currently in the recording stages for a new album, only this time he has a new keyboard. I believe its the Korg PA 500 or 800, i'll ...
