You can midi chain them with an interface.. it provides easier syncing by using a computer (with a midi-thru driver.) This allows you to only be limited by the amount of usb ports you have on the computer. I don't think the kaoss pads midi clock is all that reliable as a master as it gets a TINY bit ...

It might not be the problem... If the first beat that doesn't sound right doesn't sound phased, it's not the problem. You can't edit the effects on the hardware but you CAN use the midi X,Y pad to control any effect or vst you can find on a computer. This does not mean you are relying on the computer any more then you were in the first place though! :] I use FL studio with seperate plug ins most of the time and ...
