Stop talking out of your ass, clown. There's no such thing as Super Articulation 3. The Tyros 4 has SuperArticulation! and SuperArticulation 2. I listed all of the SuperArticulation voices that the PSR-S910 has that are shared on the Tyros 4. Anyone can verify this for themselves by downloading the ...

Chill out guys.... Korg Kronos has not been released to the public yet. Its sequencer may not be the best.. but I really do believe it will have the job done right. Trying to bring back bad experiences with other ancient keyboards doesn't help anyone either. I think it is too premature to be ...

LOL... It is fun that people talk about something they will not get out of Kronos. Some don't even have any idea about tyros4 demo voices. They are called superarticulation3 voices or SA3. They can not be found on cheaper new arrangers like PSR(they have old version of SA1 or 2). So don't argue s**t ...

Here we go again. I tried to stop this thread... Yammy tyros4 articulation sounds are good because they put in a lot of hours of sound programming and custom samples recording(recording of specific nuances). And You have to PAY for it. Almost twice of Kronos 61 key version. You get what you pay for ...

Korg PA3X is a real competitor to Tyros4.
Another competitor is from GEM/Ketron . I can't recall model name.
Korg PA2/3X has special OS and sound engine. Each program has 8 oscillators and each oscillators has OSC trigger switch setting. This setting is the key to so called super articulation voices.

The answer is NO.
The reason?
Kronos 61 key=$2800
Tyros 4=$5000.

Case closed. No more arguments please...

I still believe in the concept that good music is the sequence of the right musical notes at the right time.
We made good music out of 16/32 notes polyphony machines...
you know...I don't see the point of having 500 notes polyphony..
we all use sessional recording...anyway.

Alright... more comparisons... You guys should really watch Jordan Russ demo. One important thing he said is 'the nature of hardware instrument'. For that reason, I bought Kronos(not delivered yet!). I have tons of super dupa mega giga tetra sound libraries. Believe it or not, none are as good as ...

Hmmm... My Korg PA2XPro has 120 voices provided by 120 oscillators. I can use up to 16 oscillators per program/sound ; each oscillator has its own parameters(LFO, etc). I can layer up to 3 sounds plus one sound for left hand play(with or without arranger function). I wonder giving the same sound ...

Thanx Dan for clarifying some points. Unfortunately, this forum often turned into Oasys "Whinner's" paradise and Korg competitors fanboy's haven. I would really like to learn Kronos ahead of actual release. I want to learn workarounds for functions Kronos does not have. I want to share programming ...

I like the idea of using Karma to create appregios on fly rather then create one from scratch. Creating and editing appregios are time consuming. I will get Karma software for Kronos later if I really want to create my own GEs/appregios. I really wonder why people want editable appregio system that ...
