Thanks for the reply. I would like to control the bass pedal board from upper 3 - my mistake in the original post.
I will take your recommendations and give it try over the weekend and let you know the results.
I really appreciate your help.
Bill

Using my Studio Logic MP113 bass pedal with PA1000
I'm trying to use my MP113 with my PA1000 and use "lower 3" to select and control the bass pedal sound. I've connected them via midi (MP113 midi out to PA1000 midi-in), MP113 uses midi channel 1 (default), and went into PA1000 "midi-in" table, changed channel 1 to "lower 3" and I got nothing. I ...

Re: Chorus and Vibrato Effects
Mr. Siebenhirter, thanks again for your suggestions. I tried all of them and I did hear an improvement in the C1/C2/C3 and V1/V2/V3 effects. However, the effects seem somewhat weak. I was hoping to get similar sound that I get from my Roland VR09B - which is really close to the Hammond sound. I'm ...

Chorus and Vibrato Effects
I'm trying to get B3 Chorus and Vibrato effects more pronounced. I'm able to get to the C1/C2/C3 and V1/V2/V3 options but no matter what I do the effect is minimal. Here are a few screen shots that show the C1/C2/C3 and V1/V2/V3 options (highlighted) and can change using the rotary dial but can't ...

Hammond B3 and 122 Leslie
Hello, I've owned the PA1000 for about 1 year and loving it. Have used it many times in live performances with great success. The abundance of great sounds, use of the SongBook make is really easy to bring up songs and settings while the dance floor is still full. I'm trying to get the best possible ...

Saving Tempo Changes
I'm having trouble saving tempo changes on Midi files when in sequencer mode. I highlight the tempo #, change to the tempo I want, then save it.
But the revised tempo is not saved.
The tempo lock button - light - is off.
I'm sure it's something simple but I can't seem to find it.
Thanks,
Bill

Hi John, I bought a PA1000 about 2 months ago and like you, went thru some frustration trying to do what I consider basic changes of functions. Now, I am well on my way understanding how to make things happen. The PA1000 is amazing in that you have lots of control - it just takes time. I can assure ...

Transpose Song but Not Keyboard
I have several midi files that I need to transpose a bit but I do not want to transpose the keyboard as well. In sequence mode, I can transpose the midi file but it also transpose the keyboard. I need to only transpose one, not both. This allows me to play the keyboard in a more comfortable key ...
