I case someone else has this kind of problem in the future I got this one solved with the help on NI forums... Problem was that in the combi that I tried to make to control Kore 2 had arpeggiator signed to A on the timbre that I was using... So arp must be Off on the desired timbre for the timbre to ...

the samples are loaded to the RAM that you can access in the SAMPLING mode or go to program mode and on Oscillator page choose RAM instead of ROM to find loaded samples... also I think that there should be a .pcg file with the samples somewhere to get actually programs/combis that use those samples ...

well depending on the size of the files you might be able to get more than one of the files per disk, but that is unfortunately the case that you'll have to use several disks to get those bigger things in the triton... I used to load 12 disks every time I booted my triton to get my piano sound in ...

SOLVED: Triton midi problem with Kore 2

Couple of weeks ago I made a decision to expand my rig from being completely hardware to partially software by bying Kore 2 second-hand. I really think already that I made a good decision, however, there's little problem with my setup: When I play Kore 2 (standalone) with my triton with Kore ...

Just giving my two cents on this... Triton is biggest moon of Neptune as well as being a god in greek mythology. Kronos, however, is greek equivalent to Saturn (god and a planet) as well a greek god (actually father of Zeus). so: Triton is a moon, Kronos is a planet Triton is a lesser god, where ...

for example my piano program on the triton uses just one program but almost all the effects... my organ uses many programs and almost all the effects... so if I would like to have those two in the same combi I would have to sacrifice loads of effects that really bring stuff to the sound (leslie ...

Remember that the M3 has 16 part Combis and up to 8 simultaneous effects, so it's way more articulated than the Triton It has the same amount of effects still... 5 IFX, 2 MFX and master-EQ on triton and 5 IFX, 2 MFX and 1 TFX on M3... So it wouldn't really help that I have 8 more programs since I ...

Geeze, I hate to tell you this, but the M3 switches programs/combis effortlessly without cutting off sound. You have to program the Karma scene buttons to do this. I strictly use the Karma function for this purpose and this purpose only. It is a Godsend for live performance. I will play a piano ...

this has been an issue for a very long time and only workstation that can do this perfectly is Roland Fantom-G... There are some workarounds for korgs but I can't remember where to find them... someone post a link to older posts? =)

4.- The M50 is better than the Triton Extreme, except some patches using the valvle, the samples and the quality of the keyboard. Some purists consider that some organs or hammonds sound better int triton extreme thanks to the valvle. some people also say that the overall sound of triton series ...

But another big reason no one mentioned... you can't play great piano on an unweighted action, and you can't play great organ on a weighted action. So that takes two keyboards. Well actually you can play piano on unweighted action (check Kamelot's keyboard player Oliver Palotai) and organ on ...
