Thanks voip - I really appreciate that - sounds just the ticket !

Can anyone please point me in the right direction. The digital out from my kronos does not go into my audio interface (Roland Octa Capture 1010) - it seems to have a different type of digital input port ? I'm new to trying out the digital output. Any pointers guys ?

Unrelated perhaps, but is in a way - The traditional hands on Roland arpeggiator is coming back with the System 8 (alongside minimal step sequencer) - Have pre-ordered the System 8 to enhance my Kronos set-up as I really liked the arp on the original Jupiter 8

Would be great to see a youtube vid of this in action with the Kronos - Am I being too cheeky Amit ?

Had mine now since 2011 - no hiccups or problems until this week ! WTF ! started to not load (when turning on - gets stuck) this has happened 3 times this week + has started to freeze for no apparent reason - hoping this is a passing phase .....

Hi I'm having a stab at sound programming on the kronos but always end up a million miles from what I'm trying to achieve. The Korg iM1 for the ipad is worth a look - all the M1 sounds + T1 etc etc

Not my cup of tea in terms of style / genre of music but top marks on completing a full song. I have amassed over 20 years worth of ditties (unfinished projects) that never make it to a "full song" - I keep meaning to but always end up with a new riff / idea / loop etc etc - one day

here here ....

Hi Rocketman - I have an original kronos (61) and have never opened it for ram or ssd upgrades - I am on the latest OS 3.+ without any probs - were you thinking this was not possible ? ( I intend to upgrade RAM at some point)

Still on my first generation Kronos which has never failed despite a lot of use - such a reliable machine

Plus mouse input too - to go with the HDMI
