Korg Kronos Tutorial: 09 Wave Sequences (Motion Pads)

There has been some discussion on this forum about a great feature called wave sequencing. For those that don't have a clue how to start with this i created a tutorial that shows the steps needed to create crossfaded Moving Sequenced pads. The technique used for this is called Wave Sequencing.

By creating a wave sequence where each sample-step is crossfaded to the next sample-step you can create your own evolving motion waves which you can use in your own programs to create those unique evolving motion pads.

Wave Sequencing can also be used for rythmic patterns, but this tutorial is ment for those that want to create their own ambient pad sounds.

this tutorial will show you how to do this.

You can find the video here: Kronos Tutorial: 09 Wave Sequences (click here to see how to create your own sequences)

I hope you like it.

Just yesterday I was wondering when you would be releasing this exact video as it seemed inevitable. Thanks for this and everything else.

great to hear this!

I try to keep the video's as simple as possible and always leave out the difficult stuff, so that people can start with the functionality without getting lost in all kind of details.

I am a strong believer that when people are familiar with the basics that eventually they will get into the more difficult features theirselves.

I'm still deciding if i'm going to do an advanced series where the more advanced features will be explained. Will probably not going to happen because it takes too much time, but maybe ... :D

Everyone thanks for the kind words :)
