Where/how did you submit your feedback/complaint? I would think all the emails and such are intact. In fact, a Tech Support inquiry for Korg UK still goes to a korguk.com domain, so I would think it's still in the system.YorkshireLakeside wrote:I suspect my feedback/complaint is lost forever - how convenient... and it said on the email that they take complaints very seriously - which they did but I still don't have answers my questions.

Dear Phil
Our old korg.co.uk website platform has served us well for many years, but our efforts to offer a better web experience have proved too much for it so we have decided to move onto a more capable and modern platform. It is still a UK site, managed by KORG UK which includes content relevant to UK customers. As you mentioned, it is still a very recent change which is only going to get much better as we continue to work on it.
With regards to your comments about the drivers, I have passed it onto to our web development team and it should be fixed shortly. In any case, it seems that other links to the KORG USB MIDI drivers point to the correct, latest versions (for example, here: http://korg.com/nanoseries2).
Should you have any comments not related to technical support in the future, please use the appropriate contact from this page: http://korg.com/ContactInfo
Michel, I think the SYSEX info is still there, it just is under a different category. The Triton Extreme MIDI spec, for example, is found under the "Drivers" category instead of the "Documents" category. For Triton Studio, it happens to be in the "Operating System" category.michelkeijzers wrote:I think it is good to combine the sites, however I hope that all documents and information from korg.co.uk will land in Korg.com somewhere ... what I miss for example are documents about sysex for Triton and other workstations.
I haven't done a 100% cross check but I'm almost sure there are (at least some) documents on korg.co.uk while not in korg.com.rob314159 wrote:Michel, I think the SYSEX info is still there, it just is under a different category. Yeah, I've been watching that process going on for years and years. It's sad.mikemolloyuk wrote: I for one am really sad that support and the web site has gone from the UK division. It was never taken seriously and never will be until personnel change.
