The R3 does not transmit audio over usb or midi. It transmits audio through the headphone jack and the stereo outputs on the back which is what you would use for recording depending on if you want to record stereo or mono. From the video looks like its played on a Rhodes if im not mistaken.

So i went to set up my nanokontrol when i changed to a new live project all my presets where lost what is the correct way of mapping the controller to always work correctly. aka fader 1 controls channel 1 and so forth.

I haven't noticed this yet whats the easiest way to see if it is happening or not.

i can load r3l files fine but when i try to open a r3p it fails.

hmmm any easy way for me to take the sounds from the matrix and record them through the audio in so i could post matrix 1000 patches lol

Wow thanks for the awesome response im still learning a lot, any other advise you could give me on using external modules or keyboards through the r3 i would greatly appreciate it.

Can i use the arpreggiator with a oberheim matrix 1000. As well can i use the effects a s a send to the module. This is on an R3
