Does it repeat the song sequence until stopped?
Can you specify how many times it repeats?

IMO the preset patterns on the EMX are best when you mute most of the parts. Like you said, most good dance music is simple... a few drums and a bass line, with more elements added and removed through the course of the track. So to play the EMX presets, mute everything but drum parts 1 and 2, and ...
