Hi Mike!

The manual bass is playing on midi channel 9.
Make a zone at the lowest octave on the Roland for manual bass,
and a zone for midi channel 4 between that and the RH-zone,
then you can play all without transposing anything.

Hi Mike! You have to make a split-point on the Roland XP80 and set the keys to the left of the split-point to midi channel 4 and the keys to the right of the split-point to midi channel 1. On the Pa 800 you have to set the chord 1 midi channel = 4 you find it on the midi in control page. Regards Tom ...

Hi!

I am using the rubber end of a pensil when working on the touchscreen, and it is very accurat.

I am also using a tablet PC for song select via midi, similar system like that Dennis is showing but I am a PC-man not an Apple-fan.

Hi Dennis!

Have you tried the Cue List function on page 101 in the M3 operation guide
maybe you can jump between the song parts in a Cue List made
as Intro, Verse, Chorus and Ending.
I have not tried this but that may work.

Hi!

In the user manual on page 311 you find all the functions that a
volume pedal can control.

If you want to have individual control of the volume on ex. Upper 1
you have to have a volume pedal that works with midi channels.
Upper 1=Midi channel 1

Hi Dennis!

You need the same ram module (EXB-M256) that is used in the Pa2XPro
(it was first made for the M3), then you can have more than 3 KEP-files loaded in memory at the same time, but you lose sampling memory.
With the EXB-M256 installed you have 256+64 total ram in the M3.

Hi!

One way to do it is to make the settings for the SWITCH and VH-PRESET in a STS in a SONGBOOK STYLE and save that with your song in the songbook.

and pan your MP3 left and play your practising part on the PSR.
I thing it will work.

Hi Simone! You have to connect the PSR 3000 midi out to Pa2XPro midi in. In the PSR mixer you can set VOLUME=0 on those tracks you don't want to play on the PSR. On the Pa2XPro set those tracks to External or Both, that you will play from the PSR. One problem is there, and it is that the Yamaha have ...

Hi!

You should download the file 'Pa3X_os_v150.zip'
All you need is in there.
As Pete says read the PDF that is also on the same Korgpa page.

Hi John!

Saving to GLOBAL-SETUP should do it.
There is no lock that I know of for the
Video interface settings.

Hi Bruno!

The only option I have on the Pa2XPro on the Video Interface page
is to save GLOBAL-SETUP.
It should make it stay in memory after a power off.
Or there is something wrong with your Pa800.
