My M3 61 expanded has an annoying problem, the G and A on the top octave don't respond correctly for release, they hang on a bit too long even when set to zero. I bought the M3 because I got a great deal on the expanded version and a Kronos was double what I paid for it. At the time I needed a new main keyboard and I needed it now, the Kronos had just come out so I knew it was doomed in the long term.

How do you do a factory reset on the M3? Trying to avoid sending it back to Korg as I have a heavy and lucrative series of gigs coming up and need it to working at 100%.

Upon a cold start up my M3 61 will lose A, Ab or G in the second octave from the top. After being on awhile the note comes back but the release seems longer than ajacent keys. This is for all sounds. This is hard to describe, on a 61 key unit the second octave from the top has three or four problem keys (G,G#,A,A#). Good idea, but it leaves unanswered the primary question of why the patch volume in combo is so reduced from the prog patch. I will battle on.
