I did. But I am so disappointed that nobody would come forward and try to help. I understand that this topic has been covered numerous times here but still I think that it should not be ignored. I think that I got the beast now and I know now what a real issue is. There are many posts where they ...

Problem with booting

My Pa1XPRO would not boot. When I turn it on it will freeze in the middle of booting and get stuck with screen showing Pa1X. I tried to re-install OS v3.01 four diskettes with the "INTRO-1" approach and all four were installed successfully . At the end of the installation I got message on the screen ...

I think people asking for new version of kb (5x) are afraid to buy 4x today to see 5x coming on the market next week. That is exactly what happened to me in the past. Now I know better. When dealer is offering you 4x for let say $2,500 buyer beware, it smells fishy, don't buy it and wait. Well ...

Hi Doug,
I just noticed your kb is 76 keys, quite silly of me. I would prefer 61 keys kb. Please accept my apologies.

Germany is huge, huge market for fake music instruments. It pays to do roadshow there. Up here, in the states, they frown at you when you play arranger kb. It is not considered very arty to play this instrument here. There are a lot and I say it again, a lot of very good musicians around here. If ...

Charley, your post is very valuable, thank you. I don't need buttons yet (and hope never will) but I saved it for the future.

Hi Milo, Get two Mackie HR 824 active studio monitors. For some $600/piece you get quality of $1,500 monitors. In other words, if you don't want to spend $1,500 per monitor but want the same result, get Mackie HR 824. I do not have time to go through specs, you can search internet, there is ton of ...

Thank you, Keith. This is funny but you know I was looking for songbook with proper names on my keyboard. I was asking myself, where is download section on my pro, where I can find song book with proper names. I must have been in Hard Day's Night back then... Fortunately, I am back in the business ...

Hello Nikola,

You mentioned earlier in this thread that "in download section for pa1x you can find songbook with proper names to load into your keyboard". Could you be more specific? I can not find it. Thanks.

I will add an interesting point to this discussion. The Sweetwater, our mega pro audio merchandiser, offered last year in their catalog (which is actually 500 pages free gear encyclopedia that nobody can beat in entire universe, well nobody can beat the Sweetwater service either) that they would buy ...

Pete, we sent our messages at the same time. No, I do not mean changing styles while plying. I want variation 4 on all styles to start with. Now it is variation 1 on all styles to start with.

Thank you Milo, however what I ment was slightly different from your suggestion. Your suggestion proposes to change EVERY style. My question was, is it possible to change ALL variations from pre-set 1 to 4 with just one stroke? I do not want to change variations individually. Is there any place in ...
