Congrats! I just ordered mine.
Does anyone know if the Nautilus will be able to load the New Kronos Sound Pack, namely KRS 07?

that did not hurt bad care to share what the tech said as far as the cause ? Us corporate shills like those details :) Lol, fair shot. Anyhow apparently there were pieces actually missing internally. I’ll get more info when I pick it up but when I go in to pay I’ll get the full break down. One thi ...

Thanks for the feedback. I did some research into my global settings and transpose features and found nothing. I even tried to transpose those specific keys however the still played the aforementioned corresponding notes. I eventually did a full factory reset and the issue remains. This is what lead ...

The G#, A, A# and B keys on one octave play C, C#, D, and D#
respectively. I spent some time trying to see if this was a software issue as you can alter the notes but this was to no avail. I connected another MIDI board to it and the notes play just fine so it's definitely a mechanical issue. I did speak to an authorized tech and got a quote to have it looked ...

I assume the same way you assume about the things you trying to address here. It's not about being defensive here, it just that some people think, feel and speak in a different way than you. Any and every realtime feature has a cost associated with it. In Performance machines like this these costs ...

lcceo22, I'm not defensive about it. I just don't understand the incessant whining about the missing piano roll. It's not there, we know it's not there. Focus on what is, or buy a keyboard that has it. So if Korg could put it, why do you suppose they haven't after five years of begging? That's not ...

Re: With due respect
I don't think your name calling ( corporate shill) is what this forum is about. No one is forcing you to read a post, if you don't like it. Lots of folks are interested in the strengths over the past 5 years. No one is going to change your mind to buy a Kronos if it does not work for you. We have ...

With due respect
Get a look at their rear ends and see which has more receptivity to all you can muster to give it. Memory? Disk storage? Routing? IFX? I think 9 synth engines is more of a feat than i know even though they are all a bit scattered through the program banks and hard to find for new comers. Rattling ...

I’d like to see Korg turn Kronos into more of a platform.
I’m not talking about a platform for third party sound designers like we already have, but to either open things up for third party applications or add new applications. If not Kronos I’d like to see that as the direction of the next flagship. Just as Cubase created the VST protocol and helped usher ...

Re: I got mine used from a pawn shop for $1300 and some dram
Nah I actually sold everything within two weeks. The NI transfer was completely seamless and took about 24 hours.GregC wrote:
that was exciting
trying to sell used software is tricky business. typically this stuff is not ' transferable ' like hardware.

I got mine used from a pawn shop for $1300 and some drama :)
I saw the ad on craigslist at around 9 pm at night, saw that the ad was fresh, and promptly offered a trade of my MOXF 6, Maschine MK2 w/software and Komplete 9, and Nektar P4 on the grounds that they could easily get more than the $1350 ask for the Kronos for that. They responded at about 8:30 the ...
