If your on a mac then the answer is yes, you can use an application called farmpad....

If your on windows then the answer is yes, you can use an application called Pksquared....

I hope your on a MAC? If so then your answer is farmpad, as it allows the x/y pad to act as a switch as well as outputting the coordinates of x and y it also outputs that you are touching the pad as a seperate cc... I use mine for all my x/y effects to have them on when i touch the pad and off when ...

I have mine translated via a script in bomes, in which case you can make it output any key stroke or combination that you want....

No they don't work like that, when you leave a scene the unit forgets the state of the buttons, poor but what do you expect for the price?

Hi ya...... Could you post your config file up? I'm not sure what your attempting, as youy change scenes the lighted pads reflect the state of the pad the last time you were in the scene..... If all the scenes are set to transmit the same midi messages then it won't be as intuitive as you want it to ...

As a one unit all in the box controller it's fantastic, as the workhouse for a studio it does have it's flaws, the keys being small don't give it the most expressive feeling..... However if you want to see hwat it can be capable of, search Google for Grimonium... I'm working through getting it set ...

If you mean an indent so you easily and securely know that your dead centre??? The answer is no unfortunately... My xone 1ds do this so any vst with 12 o'clock settings is perfect, the nanoKontrol is more sutied to using on sends imho....

Fantastic little unit though!

Hi All,

I'm having the same problem, i've been using the editor and successfully updating the microKontrol and then today nothing!!

It won't transmit anything nor receive from the unit either... can't seem to find any info on ressetting the device anywhere!

Help?
