Yes It get wiped out but u can just Reset the Scene
Unfortunately, yes it get wiped out. However, if You already saved the scene on your padKONTROL, in order to go back to the previously assigned ccs, just reset the scene by [SCENE]+ [PAD #] . For example : In Scene 2 , Knob 1 had cc53 assigned and your needed to adjust the Main Volume on your DAW so ...

EUREKA !! I Fixed it
For All people That may experience the same situation I propose that fix: Actually I think that the Graphite stripes (Black stripes : I think it's Graphite) on the bottom side of my SCENE button membrane wore out ( how ..?? The encoder doesn't "work the way u are expecting.. try to push settings for once. or hold the PROG.CHANGE key wihle turning the bigKNOB...
